Op. Dr. Barış Çelik was born in İskenderun, Türkiye, in 1987. He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Trakya University in 2013. Following graduation, he worked as an emergency physician at the Mardin 112 Emergency Ambulance Command and Control Center.

In 2014, he continued his medical training in the Department of Pediatrics at Acıbadem University Faculty of Medicine, followed by pediatric residency training at Kanuni Sultan Süleyman Training and Research Hospital in 2015.

After successfully passing the national medical specialty examination once again, he completed his residency in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology (Ear, Nose and Throat) and Head & Neck Surgery at Taksim Training and Research Hospital between 2017 and 2022. His specialization thesis focused on “The Effects of Pregnancy Stages on Voice Quality Evaluated Through Acoustic, Aerodynamic, and Subjective Methods.”

Between 2023 and 2024, Dr. Çelik fulfilled his mandatory public service at Dörtyol State Hospital in Hatay before returning to Istanbul.

Dr. Barış Çelik actively participates in a wide range of professional training programs and advanced courses alongside his specialist practice. He has taken part in numerous cadaver dissection courses and regularly attends both national and international scientific congresses to further enhance his expertise.
